Get a Kick Out of ThisConverse Changed Up its Iconic Chuck Taylor Sneakers for the First Time in 98 Years!

Converse just announced its first ever redesign of the century-old (and very beloved!) Chuck Taylors! Ladies and gents, feast your eyes on "The Converse Chuck Taylor All Star II," which hits stores next week!

The good news: The sneakers still look exactly the same with a few new comfort-imbued features, like Converse's parent brand Nike Lunarlon lining and foam padded collars. All hail, comfortable Converse (since that's what sneakers are supposed to be!).
“The launch of Chuck II is a groundbreaking moment for Converse as we continue to move the brand forward through creativity and innovation, ushering in not just a new sneaker, but a completely new way of thinking,” president and CEO at Converse Jim Calhoun, said in a statement.
